To gain and maintain wholesale status with Allie Kelly Frame co. you must meet the following requirements:
     Maintain a storefront or other form of retail outlet
     Provide a resale or business tax number
     Buy frames with the intent to resell to end users.
     Submit a wholesale application and gain approval.
     Comply with the terms below.
Ordering Terms
      Initial order must be $100. wholesale price.
      Frames may not be tampered with or altered in anyway.
Please note that Allie Kelly Frame co. has the right to discontinue any wholesale status in the event that stated agreements and terms are not followed.
